How to have optimal health?
In order to have an optimal health, instead of adding more routines, these 8 things must be eliminated from your daily life.
Even people practice healthy lifestyle, many still come down with cancers, heart disease, joint problems, gut problems, and so on.
When you look deep into the situations, you will find out some of your daily habits and activities are harmful to your body.
Let go to find out what they are.
Start from the Mouth
One of the ingredients of toothpaste is fluoride.
Fluoride is a poison.
That is so crazy that some dentists prescript fluoride water for kids to have stronger teeth.
Parents, you must refuse the dentist’s prescription of fluoride water for your kids for stronger teeth.
Replace toothpaste with following combination: Baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, flossing, and coconut oil.
Wet the toothbrush with hydrogen peroxide.
Sprinkle some baking soda on the top of the toothbrush.
Brush your teeth.
Do the oil pulling with coconut oil for 15 minutes.
The coconut oil has antibacterial function.
Because of its antibacterial ability, data show oil pulling can diminish cavities of teeth.
Removal of Mercury fillings in your teeth
If you have the mercury fillings for your teeth, you are putting your health at great risk.
The toxicity of mercury can be demonstrated by my experience below:
I never forget one incidence when I was in a chemistry class.
One of my fingers touched the mercury (liquid form) accidentally,
pus formed immediately under my skin on that area.
Immediately removal is recommended.

X-Ray is one of the medical diagnostic tools.
We can say it is pretty good diagnostic tools.
However, it has been used abusively by many medical professions
The mechanism of X-Ray is sending beams of electrons to the target objects.
That kind of radiation is powerful enough to alter the nature of the cells.
Is it necessary to X – Ray your mouth for the procedure of cleansing teeth?
Only allow yourself to subject to X-ray when it is absolutely necessary.
Never agree the admission of X-ray under the pressure from doctors or dentists.

It is important to bring this issue up again because
I don’t believe parents know the degree of harmful effect of coloring agents in the food.
Coloring agents are cancer causing agents.

The most problematic colors are red and orange.
Red and orange are the most common colors in food.
The market is still flooded with colorful breakfast cereals, cakes, candies, and cookies.
Now they even add orange-red color into salmon.
Salmon has many benefits for our health.
After color is added, salmon becomes forbidden food at least in our household.
Never purchase any food item with color added.
Only purchase wild salmon from the stores.
Pesticides on Products of Farm
Salad is good for the health.
How much confident do you have on that statement when they are covered by pesticides?
An apple a day keeps doctors away.
Is this old saying still true if we eat apple with pesticides on it?
People really put their health at risk if they eat the apple without the removal of pesticides.
For vegetables and small berries, brush them with detergent and small toothbrush.
For apples, pour warm water over them to remove all the wax on the surface.
Scrub with detergent and stainless steel pads.
The danger of using non-stick cookware has been known to many people.
The in-take of coating material causes cancer.
Replace them with the stainless-steel cookware, Corning glass cookware, and cast iron cookware.
I have used one set of Corning glass wares daily for over 20 years.

As we know, too much sugar is not good for your health.
When people need some sweet taste, they turn to the artificial sweeteners.
They don’t know that they are more harmful to our bodies than sugar.
It is not safe to use any of them.
My suggestion is to avoid them at all cost
Whenever there is a call for sugar in recipe, use less amount than required.
Just like Judy Child, the deceased famous chef, who used real things for the recipe and never used substitute.
Whenever there is concern for health reason, she just reduced the amount.
Since the invention of plastics, the rate of increase of breast cancer, prostate
cancer, and other cancers directly proportion to the rate of using plastics.
The molecular structure of plastics is very similar to the molecular that causes breast cancer.
We advise to replace plastics bottles, cups, or containers with glass or ceramic items.
In this article, I would like to let you know that there is new trend in restaurants.
Most of the soups, that sold in restaurants, are prepacked in mid-size soft plastics bags for restaurants.
Whenever you will order soups from restaurant, Whole Food Market, Safeway, and so on, you make sure they are not prepacked ones but are made on site.
For the sake of your health, it is worth the effort to eliminate them from your life. Little things do count a lot.
